Denied my DVRO request after father falsely accused me of child abuse multiple times and was allowing father to violate orders. This led to me losing custody and having to eventually go on visitations even though there was no safety concerns by any social worker, SVU detective or parenting plan evaluator. This judge doesn’t review anything and simply relies on hear say from a minors counsel that doesn’t even do an investigation and lies under oath.
