The judge acknowledged that we had a relationship with our granddaughters, but then denied our right to have meaningful visitation with them. Never ask grandparents if they wanted to care for the children. Denied our 388 without a court hearing the first time around. Allow the guardians to continuously intervene in the relationship with our granddaughters.

Violating due process pushing adoptions has a 75% reversal at appeal court ignored sides with the social worker report even though it is not written correctly. Does not put the guardians in contempt When they continuously go off of hearsay. Pushes through icwa doesn’t have anyone doind through investigation on it can barely understand when he is saying when he talks

He allowed CFS 15 months of delays to search for evidence when they found out the original allegations were false. From there he allowed delay after delay. My case has been delayed for 3 years and now they are trying to adopt my children based on me being out of time although i completed services 3 times.
