The court’s permanent orders rewarded obstruction and parental alienation rather than protecting and restoring the father-child relationship. Despite repeated evidence of denied phone calls, withheld parenting time, gatekeeping, scheduling conflicts placed over parenting time, and lack of cooperation from the mother, the Court still awarded her sole decision-making authority over medical, education, therapy, extracurricular activities, and major parenting decisions.
