Biased, no entry of appearance for lawyers employee through agency, no due process and denied my motion for enforced parenting time due to wanting reports from GAL and therapist. GAL was not even on retainer and not up to myself, per hearing, to hire Anson Tullis but my sons father to do so. I was told denial through email from judges administrative assistant and not it entered as documentation in case.

Removed my children from the state via email. I had never been to the court house. GAL never met with me, reviewed any of my evidence and didn’t interview children’s school professionals or counselors. also didn’t review prior criminal cases involving the other party or the 10yr long case and court records from the case transferring from PT county

The Kansas court system is so corrupt — it's not even funny. Judge Mativi is my judge. She awarded custody to someone who had no witnesses, when I had five witnesses saying he smoked marijuana with my kids in the room and abused me and the children.
