On 01/2024 when I first filed the contempt , She found my son’s father in contempt and said he had to return him for parenting time. She ordered me to start therapy becauee they were saying that I wanted to kill my children etc. then she said I’ll see you back in court in a month. So we went back and we were supposed to see her that day. I was handed a complaint for contempt and modification in custody by my son’s father’s attorney.

I told the clerk I wanted to continue the contempt hearing that day because I now felt uncomfortable about all these lies and false accusations against me that I was just given by the other party. They refused to allow me to reschedule and on top of that they waited until almost 4pm when the court was about to close to have us called. When we got to the courtroom. Judge Giordano supposedly had to leave right at 4 for a family emergency. …
