In my experience, Judge Gant has repeatedly issued decisions that I believe were not supported by the law or the facts presented. Her conduct toward me has often felt dismissive and disrespectful, and the consequences of her rulings have been devastating. In my case alone, the Michigan Court of Appeals reversed her decisions five separate times. Despite appellate intervention, she ultimately ordered that my son be relocated from Florida to Michigan with only 24 hours’ notice.
