Eric Amy says that my child will come home if my husband and I complete everything that’s been asked of us. We have completed everything that’s been asked and we are still on supervised visits. We haven’t even got to do or start home trial. This has been going on for a year with my daughter, and we want her back home along with our son that they took from us at the hospital. They took him because of our open case with our daughter.

Terminated my rights while I was in a 30 day program I was ordered to go to by my caseworker and the Judge. And later also agreed to a protection order on false accusations. So no due process and conflict of interest and a lifetime of trauma!
