Fell asleep at bench, gave non compliant convicted felon my child’s drug test, no service plan until permanency, multiple case workers, cps removed kids and gained custody off just mothers failed hair follicle, no imminent danger, knows I did not have a service plan until permancy hearing 5/12/26 when second case worker brought in plan at court 5/12 asked for continuance granted still proceeded at court, kids have had no therapy and family therapy has not been assessed either as required
