April 2026-judge dismissed the ex parte due to father evading service even though he showed up to the hearing and his attorney was served the ex parte. -May 2026 her father called me on the recorded parenting app while he was physically assaulting his wife while our daughter was present in his home. His wife was then granted a domestic abuse protection order against him.
