Denied my motions, ignored my evidence wouldn’t let me speak the first 72 hr hearing and it was only the judge, cps worker jennifer and myself and my husband my lawyer wasn’t there or any prosecutor but he let her testify against us no proof of what she said just went off her word we objected he wouldn’t let us testify

Denied motion and ignored evidence!! None of them did their job they made up everything. The judge didn’t want to listen to us whatsoever that we gave him evidence and they didn’t show him any evidence and that he ruled with them over us. He delayed hearings gave them more time biased, he didn’t sign half of his records he had to click record sign it things like that you can put well. She really really wasn’t on our case that much it was mainly James he was the one he was his assistant prosecutor.
