He lied in one of his letters to the court by stating his job is to evaluate both homes with my child. That never happened. He then stated in a hearing that he only evaluated one home as that was all he needed to do.

Evaluator only evaluated my son with the petitioner’s family at their home but never evaluated my son at our home with his only sibling. He questioned my son so the Petitioners home about the abuse they did while they were present. He thinks it’s a good idea to question a child victim in a comfortable setting. How can it be a comfortable setting when the child is being questioned in the very place the abuse occurred?
