Suppressed evidence at the first trial. Didn’t provide clear order at the second. Mother’s interpretation of the written order provided her more time. After a motion to rehear, it became evident the judges intent was to increase my time, as 50/50 was granted but the judge has dismissed 3 motions to amend child support since then and manipulated numbers each time to dismiss as “insufficient” change.

Guy was indicted on wire fraud charges prior to presiding over J&DR when he was an attorney for a grant related to a local but national memorial. Paid his way out of jail. No surprise he’s out to collect IV D funding if it means falsifying guideline calculations to do so.
