The system has caused a severe amount of trauma to my entire family. especially my daughter they came in and took my daughter away from a perfectly safe home perfectly safe parent and placed her with a rapist she was raped at gunpoint for 3 months sometimes several times each day
Ignored the Constitution and told us to take the issues to a higher court, ignored evidence, invoked stronger supervised visitation because of our beliefs, ignored a lawful subpoena, delaying the case further, and ignored the best interest of the child.
Ignored Constitution, due process and did not enforce prosecuting attorney David Casey's subpoena which required a continuance a month later.
The Jefferson County Court system under Edward Page had created fear of speaking out for truth and transparency while fighting for the safety and well-being of my infant child by dismissing drug use, domestic violence and proven false testimonies.
