WHAT FAMILIES SAY

Tried to take my autistic son from me , give him to an abusive father that had lost his driving license due to many arrests. He put me under a 20000$ bond for contempt of court for withholding visits. Walked me in handcuffs from the court room to the jail in the freezing cold weather of Nov 1997. I was only 19 years old . Wearing a church dress and high heels. This judge hated women and was highly gender biased .
He was a cruel judge that jailed me for contempt in Nov 1997 for withholding visits to that father... My bond was $20,000 in 1997. They handcuffed me in court and walked me to the jail in high heels and a church dress.. it was freezing cold too. Make this anonymous please..
Was a cousin by marriage to the other party
Changed hearing date several times. The children wanted to testify on their own behalf. Grandfather did not want this to happen. Changed hearing to a date mother would not have them. He then allowed the GAL to say that the children spoke with him and he could confidently say they were safe and happy with Grandfather. Refused to look at messages I had from the children disproving this statement. The judge knew my case was heavily dependent on audio and video since he would not allow the children to testify in person. Moved our hearing to a room that had no audio visual capabilities. Allowed my father to submit the childrens report cards as evidence of their "well-being" and dismissed the entire case.
I moved 23 miles away from the marital house. My ex objected. The judge agreed and stopped the mood. Finally got approved to move but my children had to continue going to the previous school system for a year and a half. I had to drive 35 to 45 minutes twice a day to take my kids to and from school for a whole school year and a half of another.
He dismissed everything. Evidence, subpoenas, contempt charges, everything.
