Scully kept prolonging the court dates. Wouldn't listen to anyone but the dhr attorney

The judge and the opposing attorney were overheard just before court. The opposing attorney told the judge how much he had donated to "the cause". The judge thanked him very much. During the trial, the Judge indicated that the opposing side should ask for more money and used depreciation income from my company to justify alimony above what was even requested. At one point the alimony and taxes demand by the judge was more than I even made.

My child’s father and I had 50/50 custody and I wanted to continue it. He said I wasnt stable due to me moving from home to home (rentals) never owned a home. I was was representing myself Pro Se and asked for a continuation of the case in which was denied. I had to fight for myself without a representation, had no idea what to do on the stand.. they painted me as a non stable person and I’m a good mom. Judge Scully took my 50/50 away and gave dad full custody with primary decision making while I have only have visitation

Trying to give dad visitation when he's done drugs around his kid , is a felon , has multiple i mean MULTIPLE DV cases against him.

Ignored evidence, rubber stamped father’s motions while denying all of mother’s without justification or hearing. Ordered invasive discovery without cause or required safeguards. Threatened to fine mother instead of protecting children. Failed to timely schedule hearings.

Did not listen to my testimony. Lied and said my daughter had left rehab. She was still there.

Another judge that doesn’t want listen to evidence just wants to listen to what DHR says no matter that they don’t have proof. All just “feelings” and what they think a person might do.

He wouldn't except none of my drug test i paid for and it was like he had his mind up already he didn't care to listen to what i had and everyone was so against me and I have never abused my kids or anything it didn't make sense

This is despite the court-ordered psychological evaluation showing valid testing within normal clinical limits, no significant psychopathology, and describing me as an involved parent with exceptional parenting skills. Dr. Arata’s report identified substantially more concrete concerns regarding Dewitt, including parenting availability, minimization potentially indicating disengagement/neglect, narcissistic traits, and a history of interpersonal violence.

He took away my children with no evidence hearing

Has never been given an evidentiary hearing.

Didn’t care to hear me plead my case believed everything he was told knowing it was lies n defamation of character

He has been my judge for my 6 previous accusations of abuse by my coparent in attempts to modify custody. He has always awarded me primary physical custody of my children. He has always upheld the law but did sway towards DHR recommendations.
