Another judge that doesn’t want listen to evidence just wants to listen to what DHR says no matter that they don’t have proof. All just “feelings” and what they think a person might do.

He wouldn't except none of my drug test i paid for and it was like he had his mind up already he didn't care to listen to what i had and everyone was so against me and I have never abused my kids or anything it didn't make sense

Despite ongoing concerns regarding safety, substance abuse, and repeated criminal proceedings, our family has endured years of delays without final resolution . The cost has been measured in lost time, uncertainty, legal expenses, and stress placed on both me and my children.

My girls have lost valuable time with me because of false allegations. This man allowed her attorney and her to say things that run through without looking at facts and immediately took her side.

I have spent years documenting concerns, following court procedures, and asking for help, yet I remain separated from my son while serious issues continue to be overlooked. The emotional and financial cost to our family has been devastating.

He took away my children with no evidence hearing

Ruined our lives, my reputation, loss my kids over lies, cause depression, lost my job then my home, caused so much pain for my kids my 3 youngest they just lost their dad a few months before they were taken away, manipulated me to move from Florida to Alabama saying they were going to give me resources etc… it’s so much I can say about this cruel cold hearted system BALDWIN COUNTY DHR is not for…

Has caused a lot of stressed,pain to not only me but my children.It also has my children afraid of courts DHR and police departments.

He has been my judge for my 6 previous accusations of abuse by my coparent in attempts to modify custody. He has always awarded me primary physical custody of my children. He has always upheld the law but did sway towards DHR recommendations.

The system did not protect my daughter or my civil rights. We went from myself being her full time caregiver and traumatizingly erased me ,her Mommy, without warning, causing her permanent emotional damage.

Repeatedly ignored evidence, engages in ex parte comms, ignores domestic violence, blames victims, denies notice and due process
