Does not listen to me. I am having to pick up and prover over and over again due to my choices 4 years ago I am still paying for today. I am re married have been with my husband for 4 years now and dad can just do what ever he wants.

So corrupt. Sides with dads. Blatantly says how he doesn’t follow the law. We don’t have him on record saying these things. He’s a nightmare.

This was my ex’s attorney’s last attempt to make my case go away. This judge only purposely was to act like he was having a hearing and then ignore any facts or evidence in the case and quickly gavel down and run away.

As court commissioner removed all of Fathers visitation rights on a contested false ex parte order. As a judge, refused to self recuse on the ground with bias at the very first hearing in the case as a judge. The next hearing he almost completely removed all visitation rights of the father based on a nickname that the father had used with the minor all her life. This was contested an open court, and the hearing that was supposedly scheduled was denied outright by the judge’s own mouth saying “you never asked for a hearing“

Refused to follow CCP 5.250 and when asked to provide “investigator” for questioning stated “I’m not going to do that to her” “you can appeal, you’ve done it before” also at first appearance was noted and called out for extreme bias and asked to recuse, refused without pause. Illegally used report to that was openly contested to further remove fathers contact. Allowed custody interference without action
