This has torched generations ahead of me. Completely dismantling my childrens safety of what truth and good parents are supposed to be. Having their mother make such forged and false statements to take them from their very affectionate and loving father is insane. The court enables this.

Has used clear breach of proper ethics to serve default judgments, does not communicate to pro per or pro se and frequently abuses "sharp tactics" and dishonest practices during custody and divorce hearings. Due process does not exist here. Evidence didnt exist for DVROs and no authentic evidence was used. Heavily linked to other criminal organizations.

Forgery and felony fraud didn’t stop the courts to giving children to mother, even after felony DV arrest and Distrcit attorney charges.

This system ripped my child out of my arms despite his fear, silenced the truth about what he’s been through, and shattered our sense of safety—costing us our home, our peace, and the trust my child once had in the adults meant to protect him.

Sutter county family court is corrupt. It is not protecting victims of domestic violence. They grant access to abusers.

Lack of due process, abuse of authority, embroilment. Access granted to our abuser during an active DVRO order with no contact (issued by the now retired judge). No 3044 findings, no change in circumstances warranting hearings, no due process. Ex recieved a felony and has documented abuse on file but my daughter and I were ordered to go to reunification therapy.

Constantly driving controversy. Individuals are encouraged to nit pick every negative aspect of their coparent instead of working to compromise and legitimately find the best interest of the child. Ridiculous kangaroo court where one biased judge can take everything from you based on lies and constant deciet. Even after the lies are documented and proven Judge Santana has continuously ignored…
