She was chosen by opposing party council to be daughter’s therapist. Mediator admitted to her being a biased party because father chose her to be his personal therapist. Mediator doesn’t see a need to change child therapist.

I was ordered to participate in therapy for parental alienation, no evidence was available to provide by the court. Attended 7 sessions, told by her that I had to attend despite no evidence to focus on. At $195/hr, no reports were given that the therapy had been completed and why parental alienation was not discussed. Therapist found no evidence of alienation and made no such statements to the courts.

Took our money and did nothing. Six months went by and all she got completed was our psych evaluations ( she refused to let me see my results) She asked for a $8,500 retainer and once the case was sent over to CPS she said she couldn’t do anything with the evaluation until the case in CPS was closed
