WHAT FAMILIES SAY
Older commissioner/temporary-judge authority history. Father believes Jacques recognized some concerns in the case but moved them aside or did not resolve them, leaving commissioner-authority and fairness concerns unresolved.
Not a judge but a commissioner - ignored domestic violence, ignored abuse evidence, sanctioned victim for documenting and he himself was going through a bitter divorce while on the stand
This judge first made outstanding orders of Child Support that was impossible for me to comply with then made a no visitation order and sent a Simmons to get me to the incorrect address knowing that I had the correct address on file with the court. This judge was removed from my case.
commissioner. Yells at Mothers. Orders support without summons after DCSS freezes support to mother prior to request for order. Ignores evidence of fraud and domestic violence.
Announced before transcriptionist arrived he had already made his decision on the trial, banned me from submitting evidence, fell asleep twice during trial, falsely alleged parent alienation, wouldn’t let me speak opening argument or response, limited my time cross examining witness.
Wouldn’t allow me to speak, no opening argument or response. Fell asleep during trial, announced he had made his decision regarding trial before trial began, denied evidence during trial, punished me for speaking about ex’s conviction of felony child abuse (set child support to zero from two years back to current day- I had full custody- as punishment for speaking about convictions, continues false allegations of alienation.
Refused to let me have equal time with witnesses in trial. OC got over and hour, I got maybe 13 minutes. He announced before trial start and before letting transcriptionist in court, ‘I have already made my decision, I am granting dads request, we are just here to determine if you will be blacked out from contact or not. Temp order for two months, last almost 4 years. He also fell asleep twice in 2022 trial.
