WHAT FAMILIES SAY

She's the head judge in stamford. Has ignored multiple motions of mine asking for judge recusal, void of Judges orders, a mistrial, and a judgment for payment. I demanded I'd be removed from that Courthouse based on him and two other judges. They actually did it because I stood up and called him out. Like every case it's dystopian and insane. I know through other parties that he totally abused his ex-wife in their divorce. And this guy is overseeing and making rulings on the lives of women and children?
Made sua sponte orders with no hearing, makes key decisions in chambers with attorneys that went strongly against my wishes.
Denied multiple motions without any hearings or cause.
Same judge as Ronald kowalksi
Denied motions continuously with no explanation and denied my right to even speak at hearings leading to bankruptcy for myself and my children
Same has previously listed “Ronald Kowalski”
Played favorites and hated even hearing from pro se- allowed violations of court orders for years with no concern for the children
Denied a motion about imminent harm to my child because the heading wasn’t formatted correctly with no concern to the damage being done to the child
Heavy pro father’s rights…holds ex parte communications with GALs and will ignore bias
Rescheduled my ex parte hearing causing an additional 2 weeks delay - from another judge's calendar to his - at the request of Alicia Chalumeau. Ignored all of my evidence proving my child was facing emotional harm and neglect. Denied my ex parte with no basis. Habitually ignores or denies all of my motions and requests.
