My family was destroyed by family court and Dr. Deborah O. Day. Dr. Day dismissed and ignored credible evidence of child sexual abuse and gave my daughter a false diagnosis and recommended custody be given to her father, who she identified as her perpetrator. I was erased from their lives. We were a loving family and I was their mom! My daughters were removed from my care in a hearing that the 5th District Court of Appeals said that Judge Shawn L. Briese denied Mother's due process and the hearing to determine custody should never have taken place as Mother's hand written Motion for Continuance was legally sufficient and should never have been denied. How can this happen in the United States of America? This is happening all over the US and this is a travesty of justice. Linda Marie Sacks
