General Magistrate Annette J.Szorosy

Has been in my case and many times tried to sneak an order to move the case to general magistrate to cover up all the fraud in my case for 7 years, issuing an illegal order to move the case despite my legally and timely filed objections, then having to later retract and vacate the order to keep the case with the judges.

GM Szorosy was involved in my case for a relatively brief period. My experience before her was negative, as I felt that Father’s position was consistently receiving more favorable treatment than my own. As a self-represented litigant, I was left with the impression that the proceedings were not being conducted in an even-handed manner. Fortunately, her involvement in the case was short-lived. Following Department of Revenue involvement and reassignment of the matter, the issues before her were transferred to another judicial officer. From my perspective, this was a positive development, as I had little confidence in her impartiality.

General Magistrate Annette Szorosy exceeded her authority by forcing traumatizing supervised visitation despite repeated warnings, documented abuse concerns, and clear evidence that the process was causing severe psychological and medical harm to my daughter, who was later hospitalized twice; she and Judge Kanner then weaponized a May 16 hearing regarding attorney withdrawal to strike, suppress, and effectively erase my emergency filings and medical evidence while allowing the abuse, retaliation, and separation from my child to continue unchecked.

Issued custody-related recommendations without evidentiary support, ignored documented abuse and material facts, and contributed to outcomes that removed my child without due process or consideration of safety.
