WHAT FAMILIES SAY
The judge originally stripped my custody via an unserved ex-parte order and delayed hearings for 11 straight months [Rule 12.070, Rule 12.200], only to fast-track our final safety trial into a restricted 180-minute block. The judge actively denied my due process rights by cutting off my counsel, twisting words, and legally blocking cross-examination on documented perjury. Despite having full knowledge of the father's 2017 domestic violence battery conviction (naming our child as a victim), 2024 physical assaults, and a September 2025 police report, the judge directly violated Florida Statutes § 61.13 (Greayson’s Law) by minimizing this history and prioritizing a local school address over absolute safety [61.13]. The judge knew of all this before her final ruling, and the dangerous pattern has continued. Since that final hearing, the father has weaponized his primary custody to escalate his control, proving the court's "school stability" ruling is completely wrong by law. My daughter’s grades have plummeted to D's and F's on her portal records while he practices proxy parenting, abandoning her with relatives to disappear on weekends and staging unexcused early pickups. Communication is completely blocked, forcing me to order a physical police wellness check on the home. The father’s historical violence, threats, and stalking have never stopped; he is now actively threatening to cross state lines into my safe haven in Texas to continue his harassment under the guise of holiday travel.
denied motions without a hearing, gave some visitation to my abuser while the children's therapist has shared that it would hurt the children,
Over 16 months of my case that I filed as pro se, no hearing or enforcement took place, the judge denied all my motions, allowing the wealthy absent father continue to abuse my children, and depriving them of school enrollement, healthcare over 10 months while owing me more than $100k in child support add-ons and arrears. This delay and lack of money led me to lose my car, getting into home forbearance plan, and be court approved indigent. This case became no only a factual case of violation of due process, father's abuse that harmed the children and sabotage my access to court hearings, but also involves factual and evidenced malpractice of 5 FL attys (from opposing party and my former attys) including coercion attempt, my former atty filling incorrect motions giving more rights to the WEALTHY and 7 yrs absent father, filling incorrect motion invalidating my valid 2014 judgment of divorce that clearly stated all financial and parental obligations of the parties, unreasonable prolonged delay favoring the wealthy father, other attys neglect of my case not filling any motion over 4 months that should had filed.
