Senior Investigator Linda Lambert Watkins emailed me the findings: some indicators of sexual abuse, no indicators of physical abuse. Her written recommendations: no unsupervised visits for the father, no bed-sharing between father and child, continuing counseling for my daughter. The report was never completed and the recommendations were never acted on. On August 31, 2026, the court held a hearing on an Emergency Motion for Contempt and for Pick-up Order. The written order lists the hearing date as August 23rd — wrong. On October 2, 2026, police came to my home, took my daughter by force, and placed me in handcuffs. They showed me no court order and left no paperwork. Due process concerns: My attorneys told me attending by Zoom was "not something we can ask the judge to excuse" and never pursued an ADA accommodation; they withdrew as my counsel on September 29, 2026. The judge transferred my case to Lake County at the beginning of September, yet the Orange County court kept issuing orders afterward — I still don't know which court my case is in. Financial loss: $4,500 paid to my former attorneys. I am on SSI with limited income. Ignored evidence, violated my constitutional rights, no due process, cancled multiple court dates for months and kicked me out of court with out hearing myside.

She denied me as a participant to the case, and threw me out of court. Then threatened me I’d never get my nephew because J don’t know where to sit in her courtroom. 🖕🏼well he’s home❤️ He was being sexually abused by State protected teacher foster fathers at that same time. SMH
