Family court has created a hostile environment where abuse has continued to be allowed. My children continue to suffer emotional, verbal, and physical abuse and neglect at the hands of a parent because the GAL and judge are set on the belief that both parents must have unlimited access to the children.

Declined to find contempt despite acknowledged unpaid parenting-plan expenses and evidence of the ability to pay. The Judge also declined to restore parenting time lost when the other party unilaterally changed court-ordered exchange times and locations during an active protective order that required adherence to the Parenting Plan.

Judge Weiss was assigned to my case after successive disqualification of other judges (Kanner and Lott). Has devasted my child and family's life. Literally stole my child once more, believes that a good parent shouldn't be involved in a minors childs life, also believes academic, sports and a social life is not important for a child. They have removed my son from a stable loving home and routine and gave him to the arms of a undocumented criminal Steven Noel French.

Broward County Family Court refuses due process and evidence. This allows the high conflict parent to repeatedly manipulate, lie and file false allegations and wins by not seeing actual evidence, just hearsay, and because they are “too busy” your case sits for years, losing your kids and money despite all reports saying the high conflict parent is a liar.

Family court destroyed my family.

This system in Broward county 17th judicial circuit family courts is destroying families and protective parents on purpose. My child is severely mentally harmed and I have no way to help her. We need urgent help in this courthouse
