WHAT FAMILIES SAY

-Court Findings were factually incorrect, biased and prejudiced. -Made a permanent ruling without seeing 180+ pages of evidence. -Lack of due process - not a fair trial -Denied equal timesharing to Mother despite no allegations, findings or evidence of abuse, harm or neglect -Gives equal time sharing to fathers with evidence of abuse by CPS -Basis judgement and rulings of off hearsay with no evidence to support other parties hearsay -Local Attorneys say she is terrible at her job -Ignores evidence and witnesses
This judge broke FL law, specifically code 12.407 that minor children shall not be permitted in family court proceedings without extreme circumstances that the judge can articulate. My X sent my son to Panama when I said no and I was only given 5 days warning (30 required). I filed a motion for contempt of the parenting plan. Opposing counsel filed for my son to testify. Judge Curley granted it with zero reasoning provided on the order. The trip to Panama is well documented through our family wizard, customs, and on my son’s passport. This is why the judge didn’t provide a reason for her ruling. There isn’t one that isn’t crooked. Now my son is being pitted against me because this judge is illegally trying to protect one parent who obviously is in contempt.
