Florida DCF and its contracted Case Managers relied on Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHCs) to interpret my infant grandchild’s medical records, summarize medical findings, and make recommendations about medical conditions outside their scope of practice. These LMHC reports were used in place of qualified medical evaluations and specialists, and their interpretations were treated as authoritative despite the LMHCs lacking medical licensure. This practice denied my daughter meaningful participation in her baby’s medical care, obstructed access to accurate medical information and endangering the child’s life. The LMHC summaries were repeatedly used to justify decisions affecting the medically fragile infant and her 3 siblings without proper medical oversight. Also, the foster caregiver authorized genetic testing on medically fragile infant, my grandchild, without consent while my daughter’s parental rights were intact. After my daughter requested a weaning evaluation, DCF and the case mangers removed an oral motor weaning assessment showing swallow capacity from the case file, leaving my grandchild on a g-tube unnecessarily for 3 years.

Rodney pulled my mother’s FL home-study out of the FSFN system. She had the hospital eject my mother and I from the NICU. She committed mental injury on my two older children while committing relative alienation to destroy familial bonds. She denied g-tube weaning for my medically fragile infant, misrepresenting medicsl reports and using foster caregiver here-say and Devereux behavioral assessment reports instead of an Easter Seals oral-motar evaluation. She removed the Easter Seals report from the file. As a result my daughter who had been weaning before she was removed was unnecessarily paced back on a g-tube and medically neglected. Cpc and DCF falsified medical paperwork stating my parental rights had been terminated to do genetic testing on my infant daughter. There was no court order only the foster caregiver gave consent and i was not notified although my parental rights were intact.

Removed relative Kim Florida Homestudy from the FSFN database to foreclose guardian candidacy and did not start a court ordered VT ICPC homestudy for 5 months until candidate filed a petition. Altered consent paperwork and attached a falsified notary. Denied g-tube weaning evaluation using Deveruex Behavioral Assessment reports done by Licensed Mental Health Counselors and foster care giver observations. Misrepresented a gastroenterologist visit for formula feed and constipation As a g-tube weaning assessment. Denying proper medical care endangering infants life. Infant, Deska Dreka, still has no adequate medical care for her complex medical needs and may die from medical neglect.
