Never made any contact with me except for 10 minutes before court hearing. Refuse to get off of the case, as I had asked several times for her to remove herself from the case because she was not properly representing me. She did not file my appeal for termination within 15 days and would not make contact back with me so we could file the appeal so I never got to appeal it. Also would do nothing for me when I asked her to do things told me it wasn’t her job to do as in getting evidence gathered for my case, presented nothing in court ever on my behalf. And did nothing for me but help them terminate me for no reason with no evidence no nothing allowed the judge to have a trial without me being present. I was in the hospital having a baby and then did not file. My appeal and I was terminated.

Dusty Clements is a lousy court appointment attorney that refuses to file the appropriate documents we continuously ask her to file in my C.I.N.A. case, she is very dismissive and only wants to take calls when its the day of my court hearings which is very unprofessional.
