She never looked at both sides. Simply sided with hhs and the result caused us to have to give up guardianship to our son. She falsely accused one of us of hurting our son which never occurred.

Judge never looked into anything. Took the word of cps allowed them to harass us as well as threaten us that if we didnt admit to something we didnt do we our rights would be terminated. Also put in one of her statements that it was "folly" of the mother to not protect her young... with no proof that he was injured in any other way except cpr which is what occurred for my son to have rib fractures.

Not being fair with everything involved the facts and evidence and the hear say from people that arnt giving true statements. Plus allowing court to take my rights away without notification or even a lawyer for me to be present.
