Determined that my don’t not being cared for and that I am unfit after he learned that I pulled my intellectually and physically disabled son who suffers from Dravet Syndrome out of a local day program called ADEC. He stated that he’s been doing this job for years and every day and has worked closely with many many people that have worked with W/ Adec and it’s the gold standard and that if I’m having issues with Adec, then it’s clearly a character fall and my son was unsafe with me and I’m un care for him. I don’t understand this. This was just supposed to be to get the child support raised because his dad tried to get it lowered after starting a full-time job and he also didn’t address that I’m in financial ruins I’m drowning and his dad is almost $20,000 behind in support. He was also talking to the father when I walked it and I was very shaken up again because a seizure crisis first thing in the morning, then a behavioral crisis because he was getting tired and when to go to bed and he couldn’t fall asleep because he sees every time he sleeps and my mom cannot pick him up anymore and she was watching it for court, which made me run late and then my car only has for second and drive gears and I have to manually shift an automatic car and I could only do like 30 because it wouldn’t go into Drive and then I went to the wrong court room so I was late and I was extremely shaken up and this man was the one that took my kids 10 years prior, and that was some trauma so I was shaking and crying, not trying to cry. I was just it was so hard to read the letter and I was just trying to explain what our daily life looks like. I don’t understand this. My son is safe. I would never let anybody hurt him. I die first.

Judge Bonfiglio uses aggressive, hostile and abusive language towards pro se litigants. He’s an embarrassment to the entire county of Elkhart.

He completely ignores due process of any kind.

He gave custody to an abuser without due process. He ignores constitutional rights of parents and families. He would rather destroy families than actually obey the oath he took. I’ve never witnessed a more unhinged judge in my life.

He refused to hear m. Gave mom custody after the girls told DCS they were being abused, took a bribe from my kids' mom and her family

Denied my motion without a hearing and ignored evidence in my custody modification case. Allowed the father to have temporary custody of the child based on hearsay without requiring a court order and without being accountable for returning the child to my custody.

He is a disgrace to judges everywhere. He should have removed from the bench years ago, he’s almost 80 years old. He DOES NOT care about children or families at all. He threatens, yells and refuses due process. Judge Bonfiglio is ruining Elkhart County. His family should be embarrassed by his pure lack of empathy for families in his county.

He allowed my ex-husband to fail to comply with providing proof of income for a child support hearing and just took my ex-husband's claim for his income as fact.

Approved a false protection order that's keeping myself away from my daughter with no facts from the athe mother. Not hearing Truth that's supported by facts filed. Giving mother everything

Denied motions

Violated yet another fit mothers due rights process. There was no evidence sworn and no testimonies given. Judgment was made on a 15 minute contested hearing with a flawed biased gal report.

He lied on my dad countless times for things he didn’t do and took us out of our home for false allegations.

Repeatedly lied on my dad for things he never did. Got us put on foster care for false allegations.

Denied my attorney to represent me and considered me pro se

He literally leaves all the work to GAL. He the only person that could access the whole trial from the DCS chins case to verify all my claims that I already won. Disregarded what that judge said to keep my daughter w her other siblings and me at 50 50. Like we had been for the prior years up to this.

Decided with the gal report when the gal did not like me

Removed child at status hearing based solely on father and gal testimony. Did not have a trial based on allegations no evidence. Due process violated at status hearing.

He makes rulings without any due process. He orders GALS and approves their recommendations without any evidence. He orders parents to be evaluated by psychologists that cost thousands who work exclusively for the court. He will issue warrants, contempt threats and fees without due process. He recently gave a father who had 2 lifetime sex offender convictions against 2 young boys, full custody of his young son. That father ended up torturing and killing his young son after receiving full custody. The father has been convicted of murder. The need wont share that it was a family court judge that gave this monster full custody:

Found me in contempt for placing my son in therapy at the recommendation of the detective overseeing the sexual abuse case for my son. Found me in contempt for staying home with my son rather than sending him to preschool despite my husband providing for our family. Ignored sexual abuse concerns.

They didn’t wanna listen to me. I told him my son was being abused. No one listened a month later Franklin Elmore was given custody. A year later, Franklin Elmore and his wife killed my son.

A lawyer took me to the wrong courtroom, and when we realized and went to the right courtroom, the judge told me that their mind was made up and there was nothing that they could do. I would have to re-file to have that court redone and I said what do I do if my son‘s being abused and the lady said report it to CPS so I did and then a month later she turned around and gave him full custody
