Time with my daughter as well as putting my daughter at risk. Her dad has threatened to leave with her and go off grid if I ever reported the abuse.

I was falsely accused of physical abuse on my child and lost my visitation for over 2 months, this has created a fear in my child that she’s going to go for her scheduled parenting time with her father and never get to see me again. My child has to be with her alleged abuser 50% of the time that breaks my heart, but what can I do to fix it?

Miami county doesn’t have the child best interest at all, they literally take children away from a parent who wants to protect them from abuse and drugs and tells the parent that wants to keep them safe that they are a vindictive ex who is mad!

Ex parte orders issued taking away parenting time/no contact. I had sole custody, also taken away with the appointment of a new GAL on the case for a few months. Ignored evidence. Did not investigate. Sided with bias due to ex communicating and me going through my lawyer. Literally yelled at me in court, misconduct and the judge even called him out.

The system allowed my abuser to escape all consequences to the point of his criminal charges being dismissed and helped Dad turning me into the abuser. The system has stripped me of any belief that leaving my abuser was the right choice. I wish I would have stayed — at least I would still have my children.
