WHAT FAMILIES SAY

Didn’t interview witnesses or children involved. Was aggressive towards us, yelling.
Accused me of being wrong for being in an abusive relationship and didn’t talk to any witnesses I provided.
Has not spoken to anyone I asked him to speak to, including people whom are in direct contact with my children in school. Set a separate hearing inregards to his fees not being paid, which I had paid 50% of his fees. Refused to speak with me in person. Told me he always meets the first time via Zoom. I attempted to reach out to him after our Zoom call and was told that all future communications would be dealt with between attorneys.
Placed children into foster care refused to talk to them
GAL. Did nothing. Was a puppet for the case manager. Kept trying to get off our case and was finally dismissed by the judge.
Ignored evidence. Did not investigate. Sided with bias due to ex communicating and me going through my lawyer. Literally yelled at me in court, misconduct and the judge even called him out.
Lied under oath about child’s wants.
Hand-picked by Judge Richard Fisher. Refuses to review my evidence. Believes all allegations against me. Won't allow me to choose my own reintegration therapist — required to use his buddy Naomi Catadella. I lost my kids to the REAL abuser and Andy Bolton and Richard Fisher painted me as crazy, took my voice.
The system allowed my abuser to escape all consequences to the point of his criminal charges being dismissed and helped Dad turning me into the abuser. The system has stripped me of any belief that leaving my abuser was the right choice. I wish I would have stayed — at least I would still have my children.

These are allegations reported directly by families through the survey. They are published because 16 unrelated households independently described this court actor — the public-record threshold.
