My custody time was decreased due to lack of investigative efforts by CPS and GAL, resulting in progressive and ongoing psychological and physical harm being inflicted upon my children.

When systems meant to protect children fail to conduct a full and fair investigation and rely on biased recommendations, the result is devastating. My children are struggling emotionally, and I live with the daily pain of being separated from them despite having been their primary caregiver.

Never met with the primary custodial parent of 12 years nor was that parent given the opportunity to submit evidence.
