WHAT FAMILIES SAY

Ignored evidence, no communication, increased custody to harmful parent, sealed report/unable to review what lead to outcomes
Spoke to me for only 15 minutes. Made a court recommendation based on this single 15 minutes conversation. Never spoke to my child, and was seen in quiet conversation with my ex’s new wife in the court room during a recess. I am fairly convinced that Bethany and ex’s wife are somehow related.
This lady is oblivious to evidence, psychology, and anything relevant to a "child's best interest". What a disgrace to family law...period. She has allowed numerous court ordered violations, that literally show the mental issues with the other parent, which were discussed and she literally tried to make me the perpetrator. That was the end of it for me, I have gone 100% gray rock for all the people involved except the child. I really hoped for one non-corrupt person in all this, but I literally found none other than my own attorney at the time.
Ignored and still ignores drug/alcohol abuse and neglect. Refuses to communicate with children’s therapist regarding children’s welfare
Bethany Roberts failed to properly investigate my concerns, dismissed allegations of abuse without meaningful inquiry, and accepted my abuser’s denials at face value, which further harmed and divided my family.
Wrongful reporting, dismissal of evidence
Never met with the primary custodial parent of 12 years nor was that parent given the opportunity to submit evidence. She knew no one in the hallway when we finally got a hearing after the children were removed. She didn’t know the children’s teachers, coaches or counselors. She even attempted to intimidate a witness in the hallway, the school counselor. She then recommended the children and family to see a therapist that was not properly licensed.

These are allegations reported directly by families through the survey. They are published because 9 unrelated households independently described this court actor — the public-record threshold.
