Has had counseling with my daughters for eight months and will not listen to them that they do not want to return to 50% custody with their father and says that they have to go back and otherwise they have to keep coming to him. My girls have told Dan that they know that Dan lies, and Dan minimize their problems that they are addressing… And that he only sides with the father. He has made a point that only stepmother is a problem and that that’s going to be fixed. He does not believe the girls issues and has told case management that there’s enough alienation from my part that they don’t trust anything the girls have said or that I have said. He rolls his eyes back in his head, and does this weird expression when he doesn’t like what somebody is saying. It’s been seen enough times that people laugh about it. My daughters have a friend who they have ran into at his Counseling and they have all discussed conversations that none of them like him because he doesn’t listen to the girls, and he only sides with the fathers. Any female is to not be listened to, and only the men’s point of view matters.
