Allowed the gal and judge too much power to make a decision to separate a mother from her children with no evidence or ability to defend her self due to the unethical court process. Misled court regarding information gained about children's relationship to mother and maternal family. Failed to perform proper investigation or talk to material witnesses listed as required state procedure for GALs. Failed to disclose conflict of interest with judge. Previous history in other county courts under other names.
The system is failing my daughter by dismissing abuse claims because the opposing attorney knows our GAL and it seems our GAL is unable to remain unbiased. My case is one sided and leaning always toward dad. What’s best for the children is no longer what the system is going off of.
I havent seen my kids in 3+ years. The court enabled alienation and swept a court ordered report under rug which showed signs of alienation.
