WHAT FAMILIES SAY
Said the child wanted more parenting time with dad but in front of the judge recommended dad loose parenting time.
was a Case Manager: Ignored therapist's recommendations regarding contact with other party. Stated therapist approved of plan in court. resulted in increased health problems, unable to communicate with ex. She gave him legal custody. then She told me if I could do the communications my therapist originally wanted instead of what she placed, she'd reverse her decision, I had this conversation with a 3rd party present, who wrote everything down we agreed on, sent it to her, myself, and my attorney. She doubled down and stated he could have full legal custody at the next hearing. Refused to review my evidence the first meeting, I brought a huge folder. Ignored abuse. She was more worried about getting paid, her contract seemed predatory. It allows her to auto charge your bank account/credit card $500 if the retainer gets too low. $1500 retainer gone in less than 2 months. When you make less than $20k a year, this is impossible to do. She claimed there was no report of trauma or abuse in the divorce papers or the GAL report. It's in the first couple of pages in the report.
