WHAT FAMILIES SAY
Was selected and hired even though judge attempted to explain a GAL is not necessary for our case. I had ZERO input, she literally gave bi-monthly reports to the court on allegedly MY CHILDS best interest. Probably would be beneficial if you HAD CONTACT WITH YOUR CLIENT TO MAKE THOSE RECOMMENDATIONS. Even provided another childs medical records during a hearing, stating my child had certain diagnosis. Her response when I brought it to her attention "oops".
Ignored abuse. Hostile towards me in the first meeting. Ignored multiple attempts to communicate with her with concerns and reports on the other party. She solved one problem, then ghosted me. I was refunded.
Did not do a full investigation nor interviewed anyone on my side including siblings, she ignored my daughter being suicidal if she was forced to go with her father, she had lied about many things, biased and much more.
