Ex parte communication between attorneys and court appointed medical professionals. Falsified court hearings with custody-modifying orders when no hearing ever occurred.

This is the single biggest trauma of my life. Guardian Ad Litems are the biggest threat to the family court system and their power must be checked. Randy McCalla ambushed me in court in 2013 — a standard custody hearing — claiming my rights needed to be terminated due to parental alienation. He presented no evidence, and I left court shocked and without my kids. Randy didn't allow me to talk to my kids for 5 weeks. He told me in his office that he knew the judge personally as if to imply she would do whatever he wanted. The therapist Randy insisted on using shared an office with him.
