Ignored evidence, made rude remarks, made rude facial expressions, threatened me, dismissed me as a human being

She dismissed the entire case, where there was physical evidence of my daughter being sexually abused by her biological father and ordered supervised visits through Safe Passage for my daughter and son but because my son sprayed fart spray in his bio dads face, it was then ordered that he do counseling. Bio dad has not paid child support in over two years, all he cares about is seeing my daughter and it’s clear because he does not set up counseling sessions for him and my son through Naomi and the judge does NOT care to see any of the TRUTH about what this monster has done to our children.

She wouldn’t listen to me or my attorneys about the abuse, drugs, disregarded everything. Told me it was “almost legal” in Kansas when he was smoking & having drugs around our kids & told him to “put his stuff away”. She has let him continue to break court orders with no repercussions.

Inserted punitive orders against me without any evidence

Ignored the domestic violence, Ignored the abuse that happened to my daughter that was done by her father, whom had charges in the same county. Ignored evidence. Allowed the derailing. Ignored that I had been a victim of domestic violence and all abuse done by the father many years and much more.
