Audited 200 cases by his bar number. Discovered a significant pattern of cases the children were being harmed. In the audits I also discovered he is sending his cases he has as a GAL/Case Manager/Concilliator to a specific therapist that lost their license in NE for sexual misconduct with patients. However in KS Mr. Ebert is subjecting people to use this therapist. Discovered overwhelming evidence he has been misleading the judges for years providing false information. Exploiting children to chaos for profit. Most of his case he was appointed to got much worse and prolonged for years once he got involved.

Delayed reunification, false allegations were known and proven and still tried to convince judge otherwise.

He had been actively representing opposing counsel since 2 months prior to being appointed as my domestic conciliator, at the recommendation of opposing counsel and has since switched primary residential custody and then terminated my parenting time without due process.
