Judge Michael Clement ignored evidence that the father abused our two children and he awarded the father sole custody when he only had supervised visitation for the past three years. Judge Clement also ignored the documented history of domestic violence, photographs, 911 calls, and expert testimony. This court has destroyed two children's lives.

The judge made a ruling that I had to live with my dad who molested me. I know there is evidence, I had to talk to the police and I was in therapy so they had to have said something but it didn't matter.

The system worked with the father to take my children away from their loving mother because father hates mom.

Ignored evidence, allowed opposing counsel to call witnesses you never spoke with child or mother, no best interest factors in ruling.

Walking through family court felt less like seeking protection and more like trying to survive a system that abuses protective parents. I entered the process believing the truth alone would be enough, and left realizing how complicated and devastating these cases can become for families and children.
