Motion was filed for referee, molder’s orders. But since my orders were sent to a different address, Judge Kirkham through the motion out and forced child support child time and custody all to be filed based off allegations and false information. Told me to come back after dna test results to change the orders.
Gave dad full custody of my youngest at the time, even with reunification in place, cps case was kept open for 2 years and they made it impossible for me to get my kids back and keep them. Not allowing me to live with family in a safe environment instead drug infested apartment housing. The list is long I have been removed from central Registry because I don't fit the neglect abuse criteria
