Cholak never let me have a trail he would schedule the trail then have the Attorney's and GAL go to chambers then come out and have me state i did not want the trial well here is the truth he told my attorney if we go through with the trail he already decided for my ex. even when my ex and the current GF went on a 3 month shoplifting spree and got caught by Kohl's even when my ex moved 4 different time and even when my ex had 4 different GF's and insisted my son call them MOM the GAL would only bring up my past but was Abies for my ex because he was in the Army not to mention the Army my ex was DC for being LAZY and could not meet expectation and was liable on the Aircraft he was in charge of that same Aircraft crashed during a Training mission that caused the pilot and copilot to die.
