Misrepresented me, threatens me, refused to call witness's in a major court proceeding, spoke to the judge about about things I did not know, also things I did not want him to, the. Went on to represent my children in the same case, That is a clear conflict of interest. Also held an ex parte hearing that we never had a court hearing to, and filed for termination of parental rights.

Travis Carr was first my husband's Lawyer in this case for 1 day covering for his actual lawyer, and a few months later he was then my kids 2nd GAL in this case. When it came to termination of rights they finally then decided it was a conflict of interest. This man represented my husband and my children in the same case. How is that fair? It's not.

Told my boyfriend to file for custody of our daughter & leave me to go raise our daughter
