Went on to represent my children in the same case, That is a clear conflict of interest. Also held an ex parte hearing that we never had a court hearing to, and filed for termination of parental rights.

Travis Carr was first my husband's Lawyer in this case for 1 day covering for his actual lawyer, and a few months later he was then my kids 2nd GAL in this case. When it came to termination of rights they finally then decided it was a conflict of interest. This man represented my husband and my children in the same case. How is that fair? It's not.
