Judge didn’t allow me to speak or represent myself.
Idk if it was illegal or wrong but he did not allow me the chance to speak. The attorney I was supposed to have didn’t appear for me the day of court. So I showed up in default. The judge wouldn’t let me speak at all on any matters.
He failed to follow due process, we attempted to get him removed by going to Missouri Supreme court, he had bias relationship with the previous Children Services Juvenile Attorney and the children services caseworker
