WHAT FAMILIES SAY
They placed a GAL in a fake juvenile case that held my daughter in Missouri by the name of Janette Larson- Janette Larson is the GAL that stated that she was not comfortable placing my daughter and her dad’s custody because he lied before his drug test about what he was going to test for- also they did not provide me or Ella with a GAL in the Iowa custody case which is where the GAL should’ve been not in a fake juvenile case in Missouri were custody was not being established!
She is giving the court recommendations, and she has never spoke to my children and ask them what they wanted at all during this past year. She using her own opinion and recommendations of Toni Hamilton. They are best friends. everyone is covering eachothers backs in this.
This GAL- stated before Ella was placed with her father that she was not ready to see placement yet because her father had been lying before his drug test and telling them that he was clean and then he would test positive for THC or alcohol so he was testing dirty for piss test and they were allowing him to even though during our FST meeting, she stated that Willie was not being honest about being dirty they allowed the placement anyway this was before the custody order was issued. She was placed in temporary custody of her grandma and grandpa she’d never met for a year in the state of Missouri and then they placed her with her father until the custody court case was underway in Iowa.
