WHAT FAMILIES SAY
Judge Crown is another judge that they would rotate in from Mercer County, which is a county 30 miles away from Putnam County when the corruption got a little tricky and they got scared or the judge have been rotated to other cases for the day or the week they do this a lot when one judge isn’t available they rotate another judge in and they just keep rotating judges, rotating rotating rotating in about six different counties. It’s going on within like 100 mile radius of Putnam County. They’re all guilty of corruption. I filed a motion to Judge Crown about the corruption of him being involved with what was going on in Putnam County. They denied my motion that day and when I got to court that afternoon, they swapped out the judge to judge Horvack!
He signed off on a order to keep my children removed without hearing any evidence from me. He would not let me speak. I could not defend myself. He accepted evidence to use against me with no warrant. My kids were removed without any due process.
This judge was a judge that was rotated into our case in April 20 23 after Thomas Alley died- I file motion to judge Crohn’s office before our court date on April 19 and ask for a dismissal of the court case due to judicial conflicts and the fact that I was in the process of having the CPS worker investigated they denied all of my motions when I got to court they swapped out judge krohn for horvack! Everybody else at court that was supposed to have Judge Crown had him that day, but I was the only one that got switched out with Judge Horbeck because I reported the worker and they were pissed at me so the juvenile officer swap the judge!
