Failure to properly investigate molestation events that my son was witness too. Failure to investigate my claims. Failure to provide gal report even when asked by Judge to show it to me. Repeatedly told me he was going to have me put in jail if I cant pay him. Told me at a hearing he didnt have time to look at my evidence binder and gave it back to me. Repeatedly did not follow judges order. Never shown one piece of evidence about why my visits are supervised even though I have 3 kids at my house all the time At times it felt as if he was targeting me

He lied about my home study by saying it was my ex husbands home study, also wanted to give him 50/50 custody even though I proved he stayed away by choice for 6 months. When I called him out about the lie in the report I got cussed out by him and belittled like crazy. His report was very biased as well and more like an opinion

Falsified GAL report, did not investigate false claims, did not speak with any witnesses or do home visit. Prevented me from presenting my facts to the court.

This man Double charged me on fees, lied in court. I do have proof. Took my daughters away from me. When I brought him the proof to his office to ask a question about a lie on the paper, he kicked me out of his office, told me to shut up and mind my business and that he never wants to see me at his office again or he’ll make it worse.

Ignored evidence, demonstrated bias, and relied on tampered documentation. He reviewed a CPS report and met with counsel but took no action. Nineteen months later, at trial, he claimed that what I had done was "so horrific and I was abusive," even though he had already reviewed the same records months earlier. The evidence is in his itemized billing. His actions ultimately cost me custody. The judge ordered both parties to undergo psychological evaluations. My ex-husband never completed a psychological evaluation, but I did, and mine was used against me. The GAL justified my ex-husband's failure to complete the evaluation while using mine against me while he called me crazy. I also have a recording of the CPS worker stating that someone falsified documentation. In addition, I have a recording of the court-appointed therapist saying, "They gave me your psychological evaluation right before I got on the stand and told me to focus on that."

Former GAL (permanently withdrew), did not investigate, biased, absolutely unprofessional.

Absolutely awful. Unilaterally raised his rates and billed for 3 years with a higher rate than the court order granted him when appointing him. Ignored evidence. Suppressed evidence. Told my ex I was on meth. Called me a liar. Kicked my youngest son out of his office. Sent that son home with his abusive father the night of trial day #2 — immediately following that son testifying against his dad in court — which went against the GAL’s narrative. And so much more. My bar complaint (which was ignored) had 30+ exhibits of evidence attached.

Taking CPS allegations and claiming them as facts; CPS caseworker stated there were falsified documents in a recorded conversation; ignoring serious medical concerns; tampering with medical documents; traveling from New Orleans to Hattiesburg, Mississippi, which appears strange; aggressive emails; withdrawing, then coming back for a hearing, and then permanently withdrawing from the case; and much more as well.
