Put me in jail for 30 days over birth certificate issue that was never mentioned in any petitions or orders. Was also a lawyer representing another in a case against me.
He allowed "witnesses" to lie on the stand. Denied me ADA access, the list goes on and on.
This man came in on the tail end of my case as a new judge appointed. I truly do not think he knew or understood what he was up against. He had no reason at that time to disbelieve the dss or gal attorney. He did sign orders that were unconstitutional.
