She has proven to be very power hungry. Has admitted that she does not like children, publicly. It is abundantly clear that she acts out of emotion and malice, and not professionally. In turn, this becomes priority, not the welfare of the children. She does not act in their best interest.

She had me placed in locked facilities without a court order because I wanted to speak to a judge and kept running away from bad homes they placed me in. She refused to report the abuse in the last facility I was in. She took my paydays from my job and I never received the funds back. She cancelled my dental surgery 3 times so almost a year later when my mom could get it done I had curved roots around my jaw and had to be cut more with a longer recovery time. She lied to me saying my family didn’t want to see me. She wouldn’t allow me to go to my church in the community. She wouldn’t allow me to see my siblings. She frequently would take my personal belongings, many of which I’ve never gotten back, esp my cellphone. She would t allow me to go to my family in WV even tho I was wanted there. She lied on the stand about my behaviors. She lied on the stand saying I never told her I wanted to go home and stated I was afraid of my father. I watched her get really close to my mother when she told Latesha you will not speak to my son that way and Latesha told her what are you going to do about it? He’s in our custody and he will do what we say. She would allow me to have no contact even with mys school or peers when I was telling of the abuse in the places she put me. That’s when I was moved to a facility out of my community 2 hours away and taken from school completely with no schooling being done.

Falsified reports to GAL and judge. Placed one son in facilities without a court order. Restricted access to children with parents, family, and siblings. Took personal possessions from children. Took paydays of one teenage son which he has never seen to this day. Perjured herself on the stand regarding missing son and efforts made and he came to be in a facility with no court order. Followed and stalked our family. Got physically aggressive with me personally saying and what are you gonna do about it? Refused to follow the court order and restricted parents access to medical and educational records, events, Dr appts, and had medication changed without parents knowledge or consent. Refused to follow a DVPO in place making parents be in a room with their abuser and not respecting the fear and concerns they had with the abuser. Placed children with abuser when visits were reported of going badly to the point social Workers had to intervene and children tried to refuse visits and she made them go anyway. Children were struck at visits with their mother but visits were not stopped nor did social worker do anything to the mother.
