Failed to file a motion to modify a pre trial order after consultation with client during mediation resulting in tens of thousands of dollars lost.

Opposing counsel represented the children’s father throughout the custody and child welfare proceedings. I am including this attorney because of their direct involvement in litigation, motions, court proceedings, and decisions that contributed to the ongoing separation from my children.

I was there the entire day for a hearing and got the last five minutes of the day. I gave evidence that I was in the emergency room the day before with my son to prove that I was telling the truth. This attorney just came in there talking about he was in the emergency room with his dad, but was not required to have any proof. He just walked in and said it should be dismissed. The judge looked over the paper and dismissed it without hearing my evidence.
